- Business name
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Business address
- Payment method preference
- Payment receipt screenshots when sent
- IP address
- Basic analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type)
2. Why we collect it
We process the information above for these specific purposes:
- To fulfill your order and deliver the kit to you.
- To issue a BIR-compliant sales invoice for your purchase.
- To communicate with you about the purchase, including delivery and support.
- To prevent fraud and verify legitimate payments.
3. How long we keep it
Order records and the invoice trail are retained for ten (10) years in compliance with BIR record-keeping rules. If you opted in to marketing communications, those records are kept until you unsubscribe.
4. Third parties we share with
We use trusted service providers to operate this storefront. The data shared with each is limited to what each needs to perform its function:
- Ecwid — storefront platform that handles checkout, order management, and order communications.
- Cloudflare — hosting and analytics for this site, including aggregated traffic statistics.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
