Terms, License & Refund Policy
1. About this product
The BIR RDO Transfer Kit is a digital legal document package consisting of a customizable letter (Word + PDF), a delivery guide, and a receipt-of-service template. It is intended for use by Philippine taxpayers and their advisors when responding to BIR Form 1905 Transfer Commitment Form requests.
2. License
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the kit for one named taxpayer. Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the kit, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
Tax practitioners and accounting firms may use the kit internally for one client engagement at a time under a single-license purchase. For volume use across multiple clients, contact us about multi-license terms.
3. Refund policy
Because the kit is a digital good, sales are final once the file is delivered. If your payment has been verified but the file is not delivered within the stated turnaround, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, reply to your order confirmation email.
4. No legal advice
The kit is a template grounded in cited Philippine law. It does not constitute legal advice, and purchase of the kit does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Tax Specialista or its author. For advice tailored to your specific situation, consult a qualified Philippine tax practitioner or lawyer.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Tax Specialista, its author, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the kit. Liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the kit.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
